I literally did not even make it in the business. I called over the phone some guy answers. He's rude, very abrupt and dismissive. He says he's the manager and was rude as hell. I would never wanna bring my money to People who don't even know how to conduct themselves professionally over the phone. customer service Is just as important as the Services I'm to receive in the facility so no thanks!!!!!

Best sound guys in the area! Fantastic work on my system in my Jeep Wrangler and my sub box. Great job on the window tint as well. Very reasonable pricing and the quality of work is top notch! Very friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and the facility itself was very nice, which is why I hate having to leave this review. I’m writing this more as feedback for ownership and management so they are aware of the quality of work being performed by their installers. I paid almost $400 for what was a relatively simple amp installation, but unfortunately there were several shortcuts taken that I was not comfortable with. First, the installer damaged the wiring harness connector for my JBL amp/sub, requiring me to order a replacement directly from JBL. It appears they may not have realized that the top cover of the unit removes easily to provide access to the main harness connection, and a flat-head screwdriver may have been used to force the retaining clip. Second, no fuse taps were used on my brand-new Nissan Z. Instead, exposed wires were jammed directly into the fuse box then the fuse was pushed down on top of it. Leaving some exposed wire just hanging out the other end almost toushing the fuse above it. Considering the quality of equipment and tools I saw at the shop, it’s hard for me to believe they did not have the proper fuse taps available. I have included a photo showing the correct

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very pleased with the service and they are all very knowledgeable. Definitely be back to finish the last step Rims and tires. So I ended up going back for an upgrade and again they continue to show out Moses is always willing to help and make it smooth.
